SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Switzerland. Whether to Zurich, Geneva, or any other part of the country, you can enjoy having your order delivered right to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.

 

Free shipping offer applies ONLY to orders shipped within Switzerland. If you are placing an order for delivery outside, international shipping rates will apply.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you keep an eye on its progress.

We offer worldwide shipping for certain countries, but currently, our service outside Switzerland is not yet optimized. This means:

 

  • Free shipping is only available for orders above 500 Euros, and all taxes, customs, and duties are at the buyer’s expense.
  • For orders below 500 Euros, there is a flat shipping rate of 50 Euros, and all taxes, customs, and duties are also at the buyer’s expense.
  • Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for orders outside Switzerland. Order accordingly.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

 

All duties and import taxes are included for orders within Switzerland.

 

For all other destinations, including the EU, US or Canada, duties and import taxes are NOT INCLUDED. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. While we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, we understand that shipping outside Switzerland is currently suboptimal. Please order accordingly.

 

Customers who refuse a shipment from KIMOSABI are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW

 

All successful orders will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

 

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number.

 

Signature upon delivery may be required in countries outside of Switzerland. Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.

 

If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, KIMOSABI is not responsible for any incorrect information.

 

Please note: orders are dispatched once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your complete order will ship once items are available for shipping. If you would like your orders to come separately, please place separate orders.
