RETURNS POLICY

SALE CONDITIONS

 

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion.

 

All discounted items are considered final sale.

RETURNS

 

Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for orders outside Switzerland. Order accordingly.

 

Returns within Switzerland must be lodged via the returns portal and returned back within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. KIMOSABI reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

 

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

RETURNS PROCESS

 

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, garments will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments.

 

We are unable to offer exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a refund following the above steps, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.

 

Customers who refuse a shipment from KIMOSABI are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping.
