DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

 

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping for certain countries, although our service outside Switzerland is not yet optimized. This means:

 

  • Free shipping is only available for orders above 500 Euros, and all taxes, customs, and duties are at the buyer’s expense.
  • For orders below 500 Euros, there is a flat shipping rate of 50 Euros, and all taxes, customs, and duties are also at the buyer’s expense.
  • Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for orders outside Switzerland. Order accordingly.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVES?

 

Signature upon delivery is required for all orders. Please be sure to provide a delivery address that is attended during business hours.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit or debit, PayPal, and TWINT.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

 

All successful orders placed will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Within Switzerland. the delivery timeframe is typically 48-72h from dispatch. For full details on our shipping policy, please click here.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number. Contact us at info@old.kimosabiworld.com for further inquiries about your order.

AM I LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

 

All duties and import taxes are included for orders within Switzerland.

 

For all other destinations, including the EU, US or Canada, duties and import taxes are NOT INCLUDED. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. While we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, we understand that shipping outside Switzerland is currently suboptimal. Please order accordingly for the time being.

 

Customers who refuse a shipment from KIMOSABI are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

For orders within Switzerland ONLY, and as long as all conditions are respected. Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for orders outside Switzerland. Order accordingly.
